We, at FyndFlow, understand the importance of your privacy and are dedicated to securing your personal data. We process your data in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations following industry best practices.

Purpose and scope

  • Affiliate links: If you have signed up for or bought something from FyndFlow via an affiliate link, the person or organization in charge of the affiliate link will have the information that you submitted. This may include your email address, name, address, or whatever else that was asked.

  • Applying for a job: When you apply for a job opening through the Site, we collect information such as full name, email address, phone number, location, CV, and LinkedIn profile.

Who has access to your data within our organization

Those staff members may be on teams such as: marketing, events, development, executive, customer support. FyndFlow follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

We use Google Analytics Advertiser Features to optimize our business. Advertiser features include:

Among other uses, this allows us to contact you if you begin to fill out our check-out form but abandon it before completion with an email reminding you to complete your order. The “Remarketing” feature allows us to reach people who previously visited our Site, and match the right audience with the right advertising message.

Facebook

As advertisers on Facebook and through our Facebook page, we, (not Facebook) may collect content or information from a Facebook user and such information may be used in the same manner specified in this Privacy Policy.

Third-party ad servers or ad networks uses technologies like cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons that are used in their respective advertisements and links that appear on FyndFlow, which are sent directly to users’ browser. They automatically receive your IP address when this occurs. These technologies are used to measure the effectiveness of their advertising campaigns and/or to personalize the advertising content that you see on websites that you visit.

Note that FyndFlow has no access to or control over these cookies that are used by third-party advertisers.

Third Party Privacy Policies

“Do Not Track" Policy as required by California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)
